The Report Content Manager is accessed via the Customisation dashboard. It allows you to customise the entire boilerplate content of your reports and report templates - from the covering letter and report title page to the various appendices of each Report Type.


Having selected the relevant 'Report Type' and then the 'Report Section', you'll notice that the content of each section is broken down into bite-size chunks of text called 'snippets'. The snippets that make up that section will be listed out in the order they appear in the section, and given a descriptive name so you can easily locate the content you are looking to edit. You can then: 



You can also clearly see:

  • Whether a snippet is shared with any other Report Type(s).
  • Whether there are any additional conditions that need to be met for it to be triggered in a report. Simply hover your cursor over the info icon in the 'Trigger' column.
  • When the Genovo version was last updated.
  • Whether you or another of your Account admins has created your own active custom version of a snippet. If there is an active custom version, you can also see when it was created and last updated, and by whom.
