A brand theme is a pre-configured collection of formatting choices including logos, colours, fonts and other styling choices, which can be set up within your Genovo account, and then - with the click of a button - applied as a "skin" to a report at the point of generating it.
All Genovo accounts provide the functionality to create one brand theme, as standard. However, it is possible to purchase a 'feature bolt-on' to your subscription which will allow you create multiple brand themes within your Genovo account. This is particularly useful for:
- Advice companies that operate different brands.
- Advice companies with multiple branches with different "identities".
- Freelance paraplanning companies that work for multiple advice companies.
When the functionality to create multiple brand themes has been activated for your account, account admins will notice that when they click on Brand theme from the Customisation dashboard, they have the option to add and manage multiple brand themes.
To create a new brand theme, click Add brand theme.
To edit the elements of a particular brand theme, click on the 'theme name'. You'll be directed to a new dashboard, where you'll notice that each brand theme has its own:
To edit the 'theme name' of a brand theme, click on the edit icon.
To create an exact copy of an existing brand theme that you can then edit as required, click on the clone icon.
