Don't panic! This is an automatic security feature of Genovo that gets triggered if a password and/or username is entered incorrectly on more than 3 occasions.

Just send a quick email to support@genovo.co.uk or submit a support tick and we'll unlock you account and get you going again in a jiffy.


If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "forgotten password?" link below the login button on the login page to request a new one. You will be sent a "Password reset" email containing a new system generated password.

Please note: For your security, you will be automatically prompted to provide a new password on logging back into Genovo for the first time.
