A snippet is a bite-sized chunk of content. Each section within Genovo is made-up of a number of snippets. The snippets of a section are listed out in the order they appear in the section and given a name to help you easily locate the content you are looking to edit.
You can create a custom version of a Genovo snippet or create your own custom snippet via the Report Content Manager.
You could have up to three different versions of a Genovo snippet:
- The Genovo version.
- Your company’s version.
- Your group's version (if your account is linked to a group).
But only one version can be selected as 'Active' at any one time.
