The Account Owner can cancel their subscription at any time. All they need to do is login to their Genovo account, go to Account admin > Your subscription and click Cancel subscription.

As soon as you cancel your account no more payments will be taken. However, your account will be immediately deactivated and you (and your users) wont be able to download any more reports or access any other features from your dashboard except to reactivate your account

Sorry but we cannot issue refunds for partial months, so we recommend you cancel just before the next monthly renewal date of your subscription, which is typically the same day of the month as your Subscription Start Date. 

You can reactivate your account within 120 days of cancelling it and all customisations will be saved for this period. After 120 days have elapsed your account will be permanently deleted.
