The Group Plan is a purpose-built enterprise solution for multi-company consolidators, networks and service providers that want to ensure greater consistency throughout their member companies to help improve compliance outcomes and streamline report checking. It provides a parent / child hierarchy of linked accounts that allows the group account to cascade down their branding and custom content to all linked accounts.
There can only be one parent account and this could be:
- An existing Company Plan account; or
- A brand new Group Plan account.
It is possible to link one or many child accounts - these could be existing or new Solo Plan or Company Plan accounts - to the parent account.
Once linked, the following will then immediately cascade down from the parent account to all linked child accounts:
- All shared custom providers from their Provider Library.
- All shared custom investments from their Investment Library.
- Custom Report Themes.
- Custom attitude to risk profiles.
- All shared custom advice options and reasons (selectable options).
- Custom non-wizard sections.
- All shared custom Company report templates.
The parent can also:
- White label the look and feel of all linked accounts - All child accounts automatically inherit the GUI Theme of the parent account and can not create their own.
- Mandate the use of custom content in the reports created in all linked accounts.
- Allow linked accounts to apply their own branding to their reports by creating their own Report Theme and uploading their own logo / favicon.
