No, we're sorry but we cannot issue refunds for partial months. Therefore if you're thinking of cancelling your account, we suggest you do so just before the next payment date of your subscription, which is typically the same day of the month as your Activation Date. To view your Activation Date go to account admin > your subscription.

Your next billing date is also displayed under Timeline within your Customer Billing Portal. All invoice emails we send you contain a link to set up or access your Customer Billing Portal.

If the current month does not include your Activation Date, payment will be collected as close to that date as possible. For example if you sign up on 31 January, your next monthly payment date will be 28 February, followed by 31 March.
