This is easy. As a user you can view and edit your own email address via Account Admin > Your Details. 

Account owners and admins can also view and edit the email of other users within their account via Account Admin > Manage Users.

It's important that email addresses are kept up-to-date as they are used for all account-related communications e.g. forgotten password etc.
