Within the Report Content Manager, it is very easy to locate the snippet containing the report content you want to edit using the:
Snippet filter
If you broadly know where the content you want to edit is located, you can use the 'snippet filter' to locate a particular snippet. On selecting the relevant 'Report Type' and then the 'Report Section', you'll notice that the content of each section is broken down into bite-size chunks of text called 'snippets'. The snippets that make up that section will be listed out in the order they appear in the section and given a descriptive name so you can easily locate the content you are looking to edit.
Snippet search
If you know the content that you're looking to edit but you're not sure where to find it, you may find it easier to use the 'snippet search' to locate the snippet.
Enter the text you want to edit in the text box and click Search, and the search will find all instances of snippets containing that text and return them in the search results below.
The search will look for matching instances of the search term across:
- Snippet names;
- The content of Genovo versions of a snippet;
- The content of all custom versions of a Genovo snippet (both active and inactive); and
- The content of all custom snippets.
