It is possible to cancel your subscription to the "multiple brand themes" bolt-on at any time. However, we cannot issue refunds for a partial month of non-usage. 

On cancelling the bolt-on, you should be aware that:

• All brand themes, with the exception of your 'default theme', will be immediately and permanently deleted together with any elements (logos, report footers etc) that make up those brand themes.
• The 'default theme' will become the one and only active brand theme for your account moving forward.
• The 'default theme' will be automatically applied to all new reports created by your account's Writer users moving forward.
• Any existing reports rendered in Word or the Report Editor will continue to use the brand theme that was applied at the time that report was originally rendered. 
• Any existing reports that are rendered again via the Report Builder will then have the 'default theme' applied to them.
