When you first create a plan charges profile, you'll be offered the option of setting it to 'Active'.
Regardless of the choice you make when creating the charges profile, you can change the status of an existing plan charges profile using the checkbox in the 'Active?' column.
When a charges profile is set to inactive, Writer Users will not see an Add charges from library button on the Plan Charges steps of recommendations sections even when a match for that profile is found.
Any plan charges added from the plan charges library in existing reports will not be removed if a plan charges profile is set to inactive.
