The customisable report page footer feature is available as standard to Genovo Company Plan Midi plans or above. If you have a lower plan, you won't have access to the feature and the standard Genovo report page footer will apply (company name on the left and page number on the right).

You'll still be able to see the report page footer on the Footers feature, which is accessible from the Customisation dashboard, but you won't be able to edit it.

If you want a custom report page footer, Genovo can apply this to your account for a modest charge as a one-off bolt on. Contact us with your requirements and we'll arrange it for you.
