When building a report in the Report Builder, you can check to see what the report will look like without having to download it to Word. You can preview the entire report, or just an individual section.

Previewing an individual section

There are two ways to preview a section.

1) From the Report Builder - just click the Preview icon for the section you want to see.

2) From within a wizard section - just click the Preview section button.

Either method will generate a new window containing a preview of just the required section.

Previewing the entire report

Also from within any step of a wizard section, you can preview the complete report by clicking the Preview report button.

This will open the preview window containing the complete report.

The preview window can be moved across the screen should you want to see the content of the page behind it - just click and hold on the title bar of the preview window and drag it left or right as appropriate. 

To close the preview window, simply click the 'X' in the top right corner of the preview window.
