Having finalised a report in the Report Editor and changed the Report Status to 'Published', it is possible for Writer and Reader users to upload and automatically save the report (as a PDF) against the client record(s) in Plannr - assuming the user has an active integration and the client is integrated.
This can be done from directly within the Report Editor or the Client & Report Library.
The Report Editor
On changing the Report status to 'Published' within the Report Editor, you will be automatically prompted to confirm whether you wish to upload the published report into Plannr.
The Client & Report Library
You can upload a 'Published' report into Plannr at any time from within the 'Report' window by clicking the Upload report to CRM icon to the right of the version name.
Where is the report saved in Plannr?
The report will be automatically saved against the client record(s) within the 'Genovo Reports' folder in Documents.
Other considerations
Please be aware of the following:
- The Upload report to CRM icon in the Client & Report Library only becomes active once the Report Status has been set to 'Published'.
- Once a report is exported to Word, any subsequent changes made to that report in Word cannot be saved back to Genovo. What's more, you would need to manually upload the finalised report into Plannr as the report now exists outside of Genovo.
