Our two-way integration with Plannr provides the ability for users to:


  • Create a report quickly and efficiently by pulling client and plan data from Plannr into Genovo with a couple of clicks.
  • Upload the report to Plannr, and automatically save it against the client record(s) and open it within Plannr's Document Builder.
  • Make any necessary tweaks to the report content within the Document Builder and automatically save these edits within the report in Plannr.
  • Save the final published report automatically to the relevant client record(s) in Plannr.


How to upload a report to Plannr


Having completed the report in Genovo, simply click Upload to CRM at the bottom of the Report Builder.



You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to open the report in Plannr's Document Builder, and reminded to ensure you're already logged in to Plannr so the report can automatically open in the Document Builder. 


Please note - If you're not logged in to Plannr, the report will still upload to Plannr and be automatically saved against the client(s) record. However, Plannr will open on the dashboard and you will have to navigate to the Document Builder to open the report.



On clicking Yes, the report will automatically open within Plannr's Document Builder in a new tab, and the report will be automatically formatted in just the same way as if you had downloaded it to Word.




Having made any necessary tweaks to the content in the Document Builder (just as you might do in Word), you can then publish the report - this will automatically save a PDF and Word version of the finalised report to the client(s) record in the Document Builder folder within Documents.
