Yes you can! 

The logo of all the providers that Genovo manages and maintains on your behalf are automatically inserted into reports by default. However, each user can elect to remove the provider logos from their reports by simply popping into their Provider Library and selecting 'no' to the question 'Include provider logos in your reports?'. 

Account admins of multi-user company plans can elect at a global level to remove provider logos from the reports created by all of their users by selecting 'no' to the question 'Include provider logos in your Company's reports?'.
