Yes. Account Owners and Account Admins can add a custom option to their Advice Options & Reasons Library and share it with their team from directly within a step with just a couple of clicks.
When building a report, clicking Add advice option or Add advice reason within a step will direct you to a new window where you'll be prompted to add your custom option. You will also have the option to:
- Add it to your Advice Options and Reasons Library so it's available for you to select in this step when writing reports in the future; and
- Share it with the other users within your account so it's also available for them to select in this step when writing reports in the future.
Simply select the option(s) you require and click Save.
