Administrators of Company or Group Plans can share their custom investments with other users within their account or linked accounts via their Investment Library. To share an investment, check the appropriate Share checkbox. 



When an investment is shared, it changes from being ‘owned by you’ to being ‘owned by your company’; and once shared, it can’t be unshared. If at a later date, you decide that you do not want your users to view and use a previously shared investment, it can be deleted or hidden
