User details

Writer users can change their name, job title and qualifications (e.g Chartered Financial Planner) via Account admin > Your details.

The Account Owner or Account Admins can change the name, job title etc of a Reader user via Account admin > Manage users.

Company details

To change or add your company name, address and telephone number go to Account admin > Your company details.

Only Account Admins can change company details. If the 'Your company details' icon is greyed out on your Account admin dashboard, you will need to contact the administrator of your account to make these changes for you.
