Genovo's speech-to-text functionality is available in over 40 places in various steps of the report creation process. It is generally available in places where you might need to add a larger amount of text - where dictating might be easier than typing.
The availability of speech to text is indicated by the presence of a microphone button adjacent to the text box:
For example:
The text box on the Further client information tab of client details.
The user prompt text box when creating a report using the Genovo AI Assistant report creation method.
The text boxes on many wizard section steps.
Speech-to-text is not infallible. It sometimes struggles with financial services jargon and acronyms and it doesn't always apply punctuation. For example, unless spoken clearly, "stocks and shares" can come out as "stockton chairs".
You should therefore speak fairly slowly and deliberately and because the content of any text box in Genovo will be included in your report, you should always check the text and edit it where required.
