As part of the initial set-up of the Curo integration your Account Admin would have provided details as to which Curo user account should be linked to which user within your Genovo account.
To see which Curo user account is linked to your Genovo account, go to integrations from the Genovo dashboard. Click on the manage integration hyperlink for the Time4Advice Curo app and you'll be directed to a new page.
The username of the linked Curo user account will show under Linked User.
Changing the linked Curo user account
Should you need to change or update the username of the Curo user account linked to a Genovo user account. Please send us a support ticket confirming the following details:
- The name and username of the Genovo user account that you wish to edit as it appears in Manage Users.
- The current username of the Curo user account that's linked to that Genovo user account.
- The new username of the Curo user account that should be linked to that Genovo user account moving forward.
