Having added an integrated client to Genovo, you can update the data contained within the integrated fields at any time from within the Client & report library or Write report.

To refresh an integrated client, click the edit client icon, a new window will open and then click Update from CRM.

Only the integrated fields (highlighted with a green border) will update. Any data you have saved in any non-integrated fields will remain as is and wont be overwritten. Navigate through the tabs clicking Save as you go. Finally, click Save and exit or close down the window.

Having created an integrated client within Genovo, you can refresh / update the data contained in the integrated fields at any time.
