Having added a plan for an integrated client within Genovo, you can easily update the data contained in the integrated fields at any time, for example at their next annual review.
When you refresh an integrated plan:
- Only integrated fields will update. Data previously saved in any non-integrated fields will remain as is; and
- Any linked integrated investment strategy will be automatically updated at the same time. This could result in the update, insert or deletion of a holding.
To refresh an integrated plan click edit plan and then click the refresh data from crm button.
The integrated fields will update, edit any other fields as necessary and click save.
