What is a favicon?


A favicon is an icon associated with a particular website, typically displayed in the address bar of a browser accessing the site or next to the site name in a user's list of bookmarks. However, favicons are also used for a number of other purposes. They are becoming an increasingly important part of a company's branding and are frequently used within a company's literature to make it more visually appealing and eye catching.

How can you upload your own favicon to Genovo?


It's really quick and easy for Account Owners and Account Admins to upload their company's favicon. Go to customisation>upload favicon and follow the simple on-screen instruction.

Where will the favicon be used?


Having uploaded your favicon, it will be automatically resized and inserted in the top right hand corner of all the reports that you (and your users) download from Genovo.
