Having added a plan for an integrated client within Genovo, you can then really easily update the data contained in the integrated fields at any time, for example at their next annual review.


 When you refresh an integrated plan only integrated fields will update - any data previously saved in any non-integrated fields will remain as is.


To refresh an integrated plan click edit plan and then click the refresh data from crm button.



The integrated fields will update, edit any other fields as necessary and click save.
