Yes, Genovo is accessible via multiple devices including an iPad and the interface lends itself to touch screen technology. However, Genovo is currentl, not supported with any of the popular free word processing applications such as Textilus

or Google Docs, although we will review this, and extend support for other software depending on demand.  Word is still the market leader - hence why it is, initially, our preferred word processing application.


We’d suggest there's no problem using your tablet to manage your account or build your reports, but we'd recommend that you still use a traditional PC or Mac to download and edit the report.


Installing Genovo onto an IOS Device


Genovo can be installed onto any supported IOS device, as a progressive web app using the following steps.


1) Open Genovo in Safari and login to your Genovo Account.

2) Click the share icon, then Add to Home Screen.

3) Then finally click Add.

Genovo is now installed on your IOS device and is always one click away (please note you still need an internet connection).

Installing Genovo onto an Android Device 


1) Open Genovo in Chrome and login to your Genovo account.

2) Click the settings icon in the top right corner and click Install app
