The minimum workstation specification for using the Genovo application is as follows:

Desktop

JavaScript and Web Assembly enabled on your browser. 
An internet connection and installed supported web browser (we primarily recommend using Google Chrome).
Software able to open a DOCX file (We recommend using Microsoft Word. However LibreOffice, Kingsoft and OpenOffice will also open the downloaded report. You'll find more information here)

Mobile devices

Any internet enabled mobile device with one of our supported browsers will be able to access the service.
Software able to open a DOCX file (we recommend using Microsoft Word).
