Administrators of Company or Group Plans can share custom Advice Options (AO) or Advice Reasons (AR) with other account users or linked accounts via their Advice Options & Reasons Library. To share an AO or AR, check Share.

When an AO or AR is shared, it changes from being ‘owned by you’ to being ‘owned by your company’ and once shared, it can’t be unshared.  If at a later date, you decide that you do not want your users to view and use a previously shared AO or AR, it can be deleted or hidden. 

It is also possible to elect to immediately share a custom AO or AR from within the step on initial creation.
