At Genovo, we take the security, privacy and protection of your data very seriously and are committed to making sure the privacy of our users is protected and their data is kept safe at all times.
When you use the Genovo application, you provide information on your clients which obviously needs to stay private and confidential. This is why we take firm, proactive steps to ensure the information that we process for you is kept safe, secure and locked away.
Genovo utilises TDE technology to encrypt its database ‘at rest’, and specific personal information is further encrypted using industry leading AES 256 ciphers. As the fields inside the database are also encrypted, the data cannot be viewed outside of the application - resulting in an extra layer of protection for our customers’ data.
In addition, we make sure all personal data is sent to and from our servers using end-to-end encryption, utilising the same high industry standard AES 256 encryption ciphers. This, amongst other security measures, is why we have been awarded an A grade encryption quality from Qualys SSL labs.
In addition to this, everyone on the Genovo team has signed a confidentiality agreement meaning they are committed to keeping all personal data safe and secure. Always.
